Job description
A fast growing, Real Estate Private Equity disrupter seeks a dynamic Analyst. This opportunity is for an ambitious individual who will support the execution of deals. You will steer acquisitions in London and Europe, support investments, and have a voice within strategic planning. This Analyst role is for someone who wants to add value, develop and be apart of an exciting journey. The role is based in a stunning office block in mayfair with an amazing bonus model.
Senior Analyst | Overview:
- Bring acquisitions experience (London experience preferred)
- Build and maintain models
- Execution support
- Analysing and modelling real estate transactions and deals
- Coordinating with you and key stakeholders
- Assist and coordinate the production of Due Diligence reports in a timely manner as dictated by the timeline of the transactions
- Ensure reporting and distributions are made in accordance with agreed schedules
- Support the raising of capital

- Acquisitions experience (London is desirable)
