Job description
DARA have been mandated to secure a Corporate Finance Manager for a major engineering business. As the Corporate Finance Manager, your mission is to develop their EU subsidiaries by optimising commercial structures. You will bring Export Credit Agency (ECAs) experience and add value through complex financial modelling. The ideal candidate will hold experience within engineering project development and construction given you will analyse commercial, technical, financial documentation within these spaces.
Overview - Corporate Finance Manger
- Lead negotiations and structuring processes
- Develop investment cases and credit appraisals | Liaise with ECAs and banks about loan facilities and guarantees
- Review financial processes through business partnering and financial modelling
- Monitor the performance of projects via liquidity management and cash forecasting - including SPV credit and debt levels (DSCR/LLCR)
- Analysis of investments, and report debt covenants whilst leading credit risk processes for counterparts
- EU experience is needed
- Previous corporate finance / ESA experience is needed.
What is needed?
- Bachelors/Masters degree
- 10+ years experience within power industries, construction, or transportation,
- You must be a strong modeller | Strong maths, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong business partnering skills
- Exposure to PF market data providers (Debt domain | IPFA etc)
- Loans Experience
- Proactive self-starter
- Foreign language skills are desirable
